Hope Dealers Support Home
At Hope Dealers' Support Home, we believe in second chances and the power of community. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and opportunities for individuals re-entering society post-incarceration and those living with intellectual disabilities. We are dedicated to promoting independence, self-sufficiency, and successful community reintegration.
Our Programs:
-
Our RES Program is specifically designed to support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. We offer a holistic approach that includes assessments and care plans.
Job Readiness Training: We provide training in resume writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation to equip participants with the skills needed to secure employment.
Holistic Support Services: While we do not provide addiction treatment or mental health care within our home, we transport residents to external providers for these essential services.
-
Our IDS Program is dedicated to providing long-term care and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We focus on creating a nurturing environment where residents can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.
Personalized Care Plans: Each resident receives a tailored care plan developed through comprehensive psychological evaluations and needs assessments.
24-Hour Supervision: Our residential team provides continuous care and support to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
Peer Support Groups: Facilitated by peer support leaders, these groups offer a sense of community and mutual support among residents.
Sober Living Model
Hope Dealers' Support Home operates on a sober living model, providing a safe, supportive, and drug-free environment. Our home is designed to help residents transition back into the community while maintaining sobriety.
We do not offer treatment or medical care within our home; however, we facilitate access to essential services such as addiction treatment and mental health care through trusted external partners.
